Web Designer and Flash Programmer Needed
Graphic/Web Designer/Developer
The Graphic/Web Designer/Developer’s role is to provide creative web assistance and programming skills in the production of user interfaces, online content and additional components for all online products. Under the direction of the Director of Production, the Graphic/Web Designer/Developer develops dynamic web content using CMS, creates custom graphics for web/print, and provides quality assurance (QA) for all web assets.
Flash Designer/Programmer
The Flash Programmer’s role is to provide creative assistance and programming skills in the production and integration of custom Flash pieces into online content. Under the direction of the Director of Production, the Flash Programmer develops custom graphics/animations, uploads content items to digital asset manager/content management system, and provides quality assurance (QA) for all multimedia developed.

- Elio L. Arteaga, MFA
- Elio L. Arteaga studied Commercial Art and Design at Miami Dade College, under Don Ink, a renowned watercolorist, whose paintings of Florida Keys wildlife grace offices and homes throughout south Florida. Elio completed a Bachelor's in Advertising from Florida International University and a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University. If you consider Elio to be the Karate Kid, then consider his FAU graphic design professors Stephanie Cunningham, Walter Delaney, Linda Johnson and Andrei Kulawik to be four Mr. Miyagis. Elio has trained and produced design work for Avanti Press, BrandsMart USA, Miami Herald, Zoological Society of Florida, the March of Dimes and others. Elio's graphic design and web design work can be characterized as clean and modern. He feels contrast and negative shapes are powerfully engaging visual elements that he experiments with to produce attractive projects. Elio loves to share his talent and knowledge with others by teaching courses in graphic design, web design and advertising at MDC, FIU, and Barry University. Elio and his wife, Maria Elizabeth Arteaga, live in Pembroke Pines with two dogs and a cat.
